 <li>Eligibility: This service is exclusively available for individuals possessing a valid National Identity Document (NID).</li>
 
 <li>Types of e-KYC:
 <ul>
 <li>Simplified: For deposits or withdrawals not exceeding BDT 100,000 per month in a checking account, customers receive their account number instantly.</li>
 <li>Regular: For deposits or withdrawals exceeding BDT 100,000 per month, customers must provide the necessary documentation at the account opening branch to obtain their account number.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 
 <li>Onboarding Models:
 <ul>
 <li>Mobile App: The "EZY Bank" app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store for Android and iPhone users, respectively. This model promotes self-onboarding.</li>
 <li>Web Version: The web version is accessible for account opening on laptops and desktops, also facilitating self-onboarding.</li>
 <li>Assisted Version: Available for customers visiting a branch or those who request a bank representative to assist with account opening at their location using a device.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>

<li>Account Types: Initially, only single accounts may be opened, with the option for joint accounts available at a later stage.</li>

<li>Requirements for Account Opening:
 <ul>
 <li>A valid NID from the applicant.</li>
 <li>A photograph and ID number of the nominee.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>

<li>Duplication Checking: 
 Verification includes matching either:
 <ul>
 <li>NID & Date of Birth</li>
 <li>Mobile Number & Date of Birth</li>
 </ul>
 If any matches are found with the above combinations, the account cannot be opened due to an existing banking relationship.</li>
