1. Eligibility: This service is exclusively available for individuals possessing a valid National Identity Document (NID).
2. Types of e-KYC:
   • Simplified: For deposits or withdrawals not exceeding BDT 100,000 per month in a checking account, customers receive their account number instantly.
   • Regular: For deposits or withdrawals exceeding BDT 100,000 per month, customers must provide the necessary documentation at the account opening branch to obtain their account number.
3. Onboarding Models:
   • Mobile App: The "EZY Bank" app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store for Android and iPhone users, respectively. This model promotes self-onboarding.
   • Web Version: The web version is accessible for account opening on laptops and desktops, also facilitating self-onboarding.
   • Assisted Version: Available for customers visiting a branch or those who request a bank representative to assist with account opening at their location using a device.
4. Account Types: Initially, only single accounts may be opened, with the option for joint accounts available at a later stage.
5. Requirements for Account Opening:
   • A valid NID from the applicant.
   • A photograph and ID number of the nominee.
6. Duplication Checking: Verification includes matching either:
   • NID & Date of Birth
   • Mobile Number & Date of Birth
   If any matches are found with the above combinations, the account cannot be opened due to an existing banking relationship.
